Head neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) is common and aggressive cancer without effective therapy. Here, we will investigate the functional impact of genomic mutations on anti-tumor immune response in HNSCC, using both animal models and patient-derived tumor organoids. Our work holds the promise to discover novel immunotherapeutic targets and predictive biomarkers for this cancer.
